create a multiple files using touch command (0 byte files)


[root@localhost ~]# touch s1 s2 s3 s4 s5

     ls to check

[root@localhost ~]# ls

anaconda-ks.cfg   Downloads            linux      Pictures  s2  s5
Desktop                install.log              linux1    Public      s3  Templates
Documents           install.log.syslog   Music     s1           s4  Videos
